Gauri Lankesh murder case: Two right-wing activists taken into custody in Udupi

Udupi, Aug 9: Two persons have been taken into custody by the SIT officials here in Udupi in connection with sensational Gauri Lankesh murder case here, on Thursday August 9.

The persons taken into custody are Sandesh Shetty Padebettu(28) and Yuvaraj Kanchinadka(30) who are said to be members of Hindu Jagarana Vedike.

Based on credible information, the SIT sleuths arrived in Udupi with the support of local police and took the duo into custody from their respective houses.

Both have been taken to Bengaluru for questioning.

It is suspected that the Sandesh and Yuvaraj were in contact with accused who are already in custody.

    Narendra Dabholkar (in 2013), Govind Pansare and MM Kalburgi (both in 2015) and senior journalist Gauri Lankesh.

    SIT stretching the case, not filing the charge-sheet, the more time they take for filing the charge-sheet, conspirators get enough time to look for loopholes in the law.
    I am sure, all will be released very soon for lack of evidence, statements given to police will be turned hostile in the court. Suspects will record their statement in the court and accuse the police of forcefully signing the charge-sheet.
    No verbal statement given by the accused will be considered as strong evidence, defense lawyer will argue for circumstantial evidence rather than approval statements. There is neither eye witness to the crime nor digital evidence.

    Ever since BJP came to ruling in Goa under CM Parrikar 'Sanatan Sanstha' groomed as nationalist forces.

    We have missed biggest opportunity to prove its connection in Margao Blast in which two of activist died due to the legal system. Since Parrikar became all the accused got release on bail. Today the same forces become threat to the internal security of this nation.

    No one new who will be the next intellucatl to gunned down with this pace of investigation.

    Gauri Lankesh murder is not one few peoples work. It is decided, planned and executed in professional level in organisation level.

    Ironically NIA can bust age old case of JNB linking to some Bhatkal. But it is off limit 'Sanatan Sanstha' investigation.
