Even BJP, RSS do not want Modi as PM, says Rahul Gandhi

Hyderabad, Aug 15 (DC): AICC president Rahul Gandhi said that the Congress coalition would come to power at the centre after the 2019 elections and there would be no chance for Narendra Modi to return as the Prime Minister after the elections. Rahul claimed that senior BJP and RSS leaders shared the same opinion. He said that PM Modi was in a dream world. In his interaction with the media on Tuesday, Rahul Gandhi said if Modi had to come back as PM, the BJP would have to win 230 seats which was not possible. He said Uttar Pradesh had 80 seats and Bihar 40 seats, and Congress had targeted these 120 seats.

He said that the UP Congress would have an alliance with the BSP, Samajwadi Party and other political parties while in Bihar, it would tie-up with the RJD and other political parties. He said that unless BJP won in UP and Bihar, it had no chance of retaining power.

When asked about the Prime Ministerial candidate, the Congress president said “Our target is to defeat the BJP and RSS first and then Opposition parties will decide the PM candidate”. He said that all opposition parties would prepare the common minimum programme. SC categorization and other issues would be discussed and a decision taken.

He alleged that PM Modi and CM KCR were responsible for non-implementation of Muslim reservations. But he evaded replying on what the Congress stand on this issue was. Rahul said that the Congress party was committed on the women's reservation bill. When asked about the recent Rajya Sabha Deputy Chairman election where the Congress failed to get support from the Aam Aadmi Party and others, Rahul said “We will discuss with the Aam Aadmi party also.”

More than the news I was reading the comments. I would like to ask the people who comment bad on the present government. Do you people really believe that a country can be repaired in 4 years?. Can a country be developed in 4 years? When everyone says that the country is heading towards prosperity why are certain people feel insecure? Recently I saw video of foreign businessmen praising Mr. Modi that they feel proud when they travel to different countries after the new government under Mr. Modi.

There is so much HATRED for one man. CONgress destroyed themselves. Never ending Scams, riots, terror attacks, price rise issues, misusing investigation agencies, puppet PM, minority appeasing etc cost them badly. But still they never learn., they only believe in one family

India has made a mistake of electing a habitual liar. Narendra's performance as a PM is pathetic and dismal. Our Economy, Law & order, Agriculture sector have all take a big hit after he became the P.M.

This country had pinned a lot of hopes on Mr. Modi. We had hoped that he would lead this nation to the heights of glory and prosperity. We had hoped that he would be able to translate his words into action and somewhere in the depths of our hearts, we had hoped that we would be able to see the ache din he vehemently promised us. However, as the days go by, it is becoming as clear as daylight that his intention was only to come to power by hook or by crook, by fair or unfair means. His promises have remained only on paper and we haven't seen any improvement from the dark days of the Congress. Whenever his mistakes are pointed out, he reminds us about the misdeeds of the Congress conveniently forgetting that the people gave him power after their disillusionment with the previous government. In a nutshell, this government has not given a good account of itself. It has disappointed the people. However, what next? The Congress forming an alliance with the likes of Mayawati, Mamata, Pawar and Akhilesh? This reminds me about the Janata Dal government formed in 1977 when the opposition parties joined together to throw out Mrs. Gandhi. What a disaster it turned out to be! I am afraid the same thing would happen to India this time too. Each and every opposition leader has his or her sight on the P.M.'s chair. The real tug of war will start once they come to power. They will start pulling in opposite directions and as usual, the casualty will be the country and the people. On the one hand, we have a person whose words can no longer be taken at their face value and on the other we have a group of hungry wolves smacking their lips and waiting to usurp power. We have a dilemma on our hands. We are clearly between the devil and the deep blue sea.

I am sure the BJP and the RSS also would be finding the duo of Modi and Amit Shah to be unsuitable to lead this great nation of ours. It was not long ago that our beloved nation rose as One body to unite under a Tall BJP leader and a true Statesman like Vajpayee Ji.

It will be in the interest of the BJP and our Beloved nation that the BJP finds another suitable leader like Vajpayee Ji who will unite this Great Country of us and lead us into becoming a Super Power that we are destined to be.

Golden words & statement by our dearly beloved, kind & loving honorable MP Shriman Rahul Gandhiji....!!! what a matured view..., it is a fact.., consider the statement by honorable & intellectual leaders within BJP like Shriman Arun Shourieji..., Shriman Yashwant Sinhaji.., Shriman Shatrugn Sinhaji.., etc...,

I am pretty sure..., even the true RSS followers/leaders, though not in public.., but definitely pained to see the political mindset peep into their ideology, thus destroying its fundamental & core values for what it stands..., as we see Hinduism in Hindustan is re-defined by the the present political leadership(under the influence of Crony Capitalists), to put it in perspective - "Hindus are taught to embrace Christianity thru Ghar Wapsi programe and to embrace Moghul approach thru hatred/attack/destroying/killing/lynching culture....!!!!)

Though i may be wrong..., correction welcome...!!!

    1. Aren't you more amazed by MA / BA (in that order) with no single class/batchmate and above all, the subject for MA as mentioned in the certificate 'Entire Political Science' never existed in the curriculum of GU in the year in question. I for one, not amazed but ashamed.
    2. What's this your fixation with Love Guru ? Looks like you are deprived of 'it'. Sorry for that.
    3. An honest criticism (mocking as per you) is better than fake praise.
