Jaipur, Aug 16 (IANS): The second phase of Rajasthan Gaurav Yatra, scheduled to begin on Thursday, has been postponed as Chief Minister Vasundhara Raje flew to New Delhi to pay a visit on ailing former Prime Minister Atal Bihari Vajpayee.
According to the Chief Minister's Office, the second phase of the Rajasthan Gaurav Yatra will now begin on August 20.
Meanwhile, Vajpayee, who was admitted in the All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS) on June 11, is "critical" and "on life support", according to a hospital statement.
Members of the Bharatiya Janata Party held special prayers at Hanuman Temple here for the speedy recovery of the former Prime Minister.
