Prostitution (Gambling & drugs of late) - These are not that are something new. It's been around humans for ages and will be around as long as humans are around. This is the reality which one cannot refute.

However strongly we might create an uproar, be funny, object, deny and police them - you just cannot wish them away. You stop them in one place they'll pop up in another place. Not to mention the organised gangs that terrorise people.

One might argue that economic improvement, social reforms, being religious, creating jobs, etc, will eradicate them. Are you hundred percent convinced?

As there is huge money generated, powerful/ influential people involved, criminals and unscrupulous people will always take advantage of the desperate and destitute ones.

Prostitution, Drugs, Gambling should be made legal. Stringent laws should be made to control them and, proper mechanism(s) should be in place to enforce them. Establishments offering these services should be located away from schools, homes, hospitals!, etc.

This is known to largely (in reducing the crime rate) work in other countries.

SUPREME COURT ITSELF HAS PERMITTED FOR THE WILLFUL LIVING OF BOTH MALE AND FEMALE IN PRIVATE PLACE. IF IT IS NOT PERMITTED WHY THE LODGES ARE PERMITTED TO ESTABLISH IN PUBLIC PLACES? PEOPLE SEEK SOME PRIVACY IN SUCH PLACES AND NOT IN PUBLIC PLACES. THEY SHOULD BE ARRESTED ONLY IF THEY ARE DOING IMMORAL/ILLEGAL COMMERCIAL ACTIVITIES IN PUBLIC PLACES.

PROSTITUTION and RAPE encouraged by some intellectuals and rational thinkers of India by providing a space in public domain i.e Sunny leone why we need her in Film Industry. Everybody enjoy the moves of Leone but they dont tolerate beer sipped by girl in PUB even they dont tolerate birth day parties or valentine day celebrations !!

There is nothing wrong with having consensual sex behind closed doors. What does it have to do with lawlessness?
