Rapes in UP is a social stigma which may push the state to moral disaster if not controlled right now.

    True, the nation is changing.
The government policies makes it possible and feasible for everyone to own a smartphone with internet connection. Each and every crime is reported through social media and gets spread across the nation withing hours. Whether it is a thrashing or rape attempt, no news remains in locality borders. Hence it falsely gives an impression that crime has increased in India.
