Daijiworld Media Network – Bengaluru (DC)

Bengaluru, Aug 28: In a relief, BJP state president B S Yeddyurappa has been acquitted in Rachenahalli denotification and 14 other cases by a court here on Tuesday, August 28.

Earlier, the Supreme Court and the high court had acquitted him of all charges in Rachenahalli denotification case.

A city-based advocate Sirajin Basha and Balakrishna had filed a private complaint against Yeddyurappa. Now the court has given clean chit to BSY stating that the complainants had not obtained permission from the competent authority before registering the complaint.

Social activist S R Hiremath had approached the Supreme Court demanding CBI probe in Rachenahalli denotiification case. However, the court acquitted BSY of all charges.

Yesterday HDK acquitted by court and today Yaddi followed the same route... Sometime back Sidhu and some leaders are acquitted by court for denotification cases filed by some RTI Activists.... Very strange... No moral value for these judgements and everything is depend on how a lawyer argues and what evidence he gives to court.... These are all drama and RTI Activists are fighting for no reason... some time even they blackmail the culprits and make money ....

Shame on these fellows who pretend to be a leader and misuse public/govt property....

In India, the law favours to those who pour more money to the advocate and judge. Such Ko jute aur jute Ko such paisa karta hai. This applies to supreme court too. If documents are correctly prepared and true evidence stopped from entering the court and false witness is considered by judge. It is a money making business.
