Daijiworld Media Network - Belagavi (SP)

Belagavi, Aug 31: The special investigation team (SIT) probing the death of veteran journalist, Gauri Lankesh, has taken Sagar, residing near Ganeshpura Jyotinagar here into custody. He has been taken to Bengaluru for questioning.

Sagar, a member of Benakanahalli gram panchayat, is said to have been associated with Hindu organizations. He was in constant contact with Bharat Kurne, who was recently arrested by SIT. Sources say that Sagar and Bharat had developed friendship because of their common interests, and they kept contact regularly with each other through cell phones.

In the meanwhile, Gayathri, wife of Bharat Kurne, speaking to reporters here on Thursday, alleged that SIT which took away her husband during the first week of August, has been physically and mentally harassing him and his family members.

She said that her husband had become weak on account of this harassment. Kurne's mother, Rekha, too said that the SIT had taken away Rahul, Bharat's younger brother, into custody five times in the guise of questioning him and that he had to visit Bengaluru five times within a month.

Grill the masterminds to end up the stories. But they wont. Powerful lobbies wont allow law of the land arrest big fish. Terror groups like sanathana sanstha, VHP, BD and associated group still at large operating their unlawful activities without any fear.

This is wat happens to our Hindu youth with lesser education or ignorance, this is how other religious youths are also brainwashed in to doing wrong in the name of religion.

It is sad that despite good education, our youth are becoming victims of religious conspiricies, rather than doing well in their lives wit good job, business, they are getting drawn by religious/fanatical nautanki, and there are so many swamis, mullah's priests with right wing agenda/ religious bigotry to brainwash youth/people

youths must remain alert and must not become victims of these idiots......of any religion
have faith in eashwar & your country and work for it alone, all else is not worth it

So in a couple of days its going to be one year and the cops are just taking people to custody . Nothing concrete so far. Its still 'believed to be', 'thinks so', 'suspected' etc. I feel eventually nothing will be proved as lack of evidence and eye witness. And all the confessions made so far was under police pressure and physical torture.
