Panaji, Oct 23: After Rohit Monserratte, the German mother has accused another high profile minister's nephew of raping her minor daughter.

The mother on Thursday October 23 informed police that state public works department minister Churchill Alemao's nephew Warren had also sexually abused her 14-year-old minor daughter along with education minister Atanasio Monserratte's son Rohit.

"We have submitted to th police the photograph of Warren in compromising position with the girl traced on the net," Aires Rodrigues told a press conference here along with the mother.

"We have passed on the entire information to the police who are investigating the charges against Rohit. If police demands, we will give a formal complaint. But I don't think the complaint is required as the investigating agency is probing the matter from all the angles," Rodrigues said.

German mother on October 2 had accused state education minister Atanasio Monserratte's son Rohit of raping her minor girl. The Police after initial delay had booked Rohit on October 14.

The mother said that she came to know about Warren's involvement recently and she has promptly passed on the information to the police.

The mother said that she had heard about Warren being her daughter's friend but never met him. "She has a big friend circle and its intermingling. I had heard these names (Rohit and Warren) but never met them," the mother, who is on her research project in the State, said.

Rodrigues, mother's counsel, stated that during one of the telephone conversations, Alemao had conceded involvement of his nephew in this case. "He had named Warren's elder brother. But in the photograph we have found his younger brother," the legal counsel told reporters.

He said that the police have taken all the email addresses of victim girl and they are checking the details.

Why the justice is delayed....? Does it take so long....when the victim is present...the perpetrator is present...there are evidences against them. Delaying and prolonging the proceedings to make the case weaker and weaker, earning money from all sides, till all the evidence is lost and tampered with. This is the latest story of Indian judicial system.

When nothing comes out after the 'goose chase' hand over the case to the CBI, then proceed with a fact finding committee, politicize, and at last get a clean chit for the accused. By then people forget the case just like Scarlet's Case. The victim is disappointed, frustrated. I am just asking 'Why this eternal delay?'People will lose faith in the judiciary.

Having sex with a minor is statutory rape and any one ( parent) of the rapist son helping the rapist to evade law or to put undue pressure on the police investigatory machinery or destroying evidence is punishable equally. There is danger to our society if such incidences of rapes do not receive highest punishment available under the Indian legal system. If they belong to any POLITICAL PARTY , they should be expelled as these are shameless acts of politicians in power trying to save their KIN !

The guilty should be immediately arrested withouht looking into his status, religion or any other matter . And he should be punished as soon as possible ,so that, other people are afraid of doing such things. you are right sandeep, I wonder where all the people who were accusing lot of things about Hinduism on conversion have gone. The actual fact is that, all these people are just 'Hit and run' people like Kumaraswamy ,who are not ready to face the real issue.

Rape is one of the heinous crimes which there are no word to express. Any body found doing this crime should be punished so vigorously, so that it should be a lesson to others. I wish the SP who is investigating this case should overcome pressure from political party and give justice to the victim’s family and to the society. Sad but true, in most of the cases, the people who has power and money can get away from crimes and powerless people are always been tormented by the police.
