Mangaluru: Chief minister Kumaraswamy to visit DK, Udupi on Friday

Mangaluru, Sep 7: Chief minister (CM) H D Kumaraswamy will visit Dakshina Kannada and Udupi districts on Friday, September 7.

This is his first visit to Mangaluru and Udupi cities after he became chief minister of the state. He had earlier visited Dharmasthala and Subramanya after he became the chief minister.

He will arrive at Mangaluru airport at 8.50 am. He will travel to Udupi by road and hold a meeting with district officials at 10 am.

CM will come to Mangaluru by road and hold a meeting of district officials at 3 pm.

He will depart from Mangaluru airport at 9.55 pm.

Earlier he had held a meeting with Dakshina Kannada district officials through video conferencing.

    CM NEED NOT VISIT DK AND UDUPI BUT IF HE DO GOOD WORK HELPFUL TO SOCIETY IS MORE THAN SUFFICIENT. DON'T THINK DK PEOPLE JUST LISTEN WHATEVER CM SAYS.
    EARLIER HE STARTED KSRTC BUS SERVICE ON MLORE UDUPI LINE AND LATER WITHDRAWN ON PRESSURE BY BUS MAFIA. NO PARTY IS DARED TO TAKE ON BUS MAFIA. MAY BE VISITING FOR THE VERY PURPOSE TO GET HIS SHARE. PRIVATE BUS CONDUCTORS RUDE BEHAVIOUR IS THE MAJOR PROBLEM IN THIS TWIN DISTRICT.

    All the people now a days give importance to mangalore and udipi.
    Both places decide who will win in next coming election. As it's hub of bjp stronghold...congress and JD's are minus in this region. Moreover people from this region are clever to elect a good leader.
    Earlier chief minister just enter into DK to taste mlore food.
