Ramanagara, Sep 7: The third additional district and sessions court here has issued a non-bailable warrant against Nityananda Swami of Bidadi.
The court issued the non-bailable warrant as Swamiji has not been attending the court hearing since a long time.
The court, which considered the repeated absence of Nityananda Swamiji as a serious offense, rejected his appeal and issued a non-bailable warrant against him.
The case stands postponed to September 14.
