Stephen, a student of Electrician trade, welcomed the gathering. The students greeted their teachers with a rose. Charan, a student of Electronics Mechanic trade, delivered a speech on the background and significance of teachers’ day celebration.

Speaking on the occasion Fr Eric Mathias, director of the institution, thanked the staff members for their services and said, “Our institution has well qualified and experienced faculty. Our teachers are the blessings to the students and the institution. Forgiveness is an added quality in forming the students. I am proud that all of our staff members have all these qualities.” He also thanked the students for organising the celebration to express love and gratitude towards their teachers.

Ronvy Vicky Dsouza, a student of MMV trade, rendered the vote of thanks. Students presented a cultural show and added colour to the celebration.
