"The accused are found to be having criminal background...." . After few months we will again read about the same culprit on some murder or petty case, only addition is to his background with an added feather of killing unnikrishnan in uppinangadi police station area. There is something really wrong with the system in India. May be the involvement of Court in every system is perhaps making this whole lay implementing system weak and allowing these culprits to go free and more such character in the raise. Readers tomorrow if i occupy your land you will go to police and if i go to court and put a case ....you might win but i can stop you selling your property at least until you win it. Now is it good system or bad?

Because locals tolerate them. Hardly any one objects their behavior. Kerala registration means be care ful while driving near them. They park in narrow road and no locals object them. Once i asked a guy not to park in narrow road. Being an educated he had the galls to talk back in malayalam even though mlore has nothing do with malayalam. When i raised my voice, he had to listen.

Yes because these people are being taught since birth that Mallus are intelligent and people of other states are fools. So they think they can get away from any crime in other states.

I congratulate The Police officer concerned and his team in arresting the concerned person.

Murders like these are on the increase and only dedicated police officers and policemen are able to conduct proper inquiries and arrest the concerned criminals.
