Mangaluru: Lancy Moras’ 12th musical nite mesmerizes Konkani music lovers

Mangaluru, Sep 10: Lancy Moras, popularly known as ‘LHM’, presented his 12th musical nite at Don Bosco hall here on Sunday, September 9. The nite presented by Moushmi Creations enthralled the music lovers till the end with variety of compositions and comedy skits.

The musical nite started with the song of ‘Uthar Prai Eak Bhaag’ by Lancy. Ivan Sequira Jospeh Mathias, Anna D’Souza, Bendur, Shilpa Cutinha, Muralidhar Kamath, Rony Crasta, Shobha, Cliyon D'Silva, Bajjodi and Baby Rishal Crasta rendered their voices to beautiful songs penned and composed by LHM.



Daijiworld TV 24*7’s reality show 'Mojho Tallo Gaitalo' fame Elton Pinto, Bajjodi, Velita Sibon Lobo, Kulshekar, and Anson Menezes, Brahmavar enthralled the audience by slow to fast numbers, from solo to duets and from semi-classical to dance numbers songs.

Comedy skits were performed by Nellu Permannur and team.

Six masters of ceremony Jude Noronha, Roshan Crasta, Preetham Noronha, Floyd D’Mello, Arun Danthy and Elson anchored the musical nite one by one which gave different type of experience to audience with variety in voices and presentations.

Lancy Moras honored the donors and people who helped him to stage the event. 

Maxim Moras, traffic warden and brother of Lancy Henry Moras were honoured by guests.

Manoj Lobo was the music arranger with himself playing bass guitar and his team rendered music for the nite.

Roy Castelino, former president, Konkani Sahitya Academy, Jospeh Crasta, director, Snehalaya, Anil Lobo, chairman, MCC Bank, Clarence Pinto, Padil, Konkani writer, Vincent Fernandes, Cascia, music director and singer, Praveen Tauro, marketing manager, Daijiworld, Joseph Matias, singer, and Dolla Mangaluru, senior drama artiste, were present.

Daijiworld was the media partner of the event.

    Amazing night.
    First Baby Rishal Crasta.... Outstanding! Konkani Music has a future star ready!

    Second Shilpa Cutinha>>> Saw her clicking selfies outside..Wonder why? She is beautiful and so is her singing... Super stage presence coupled with elegant singing.

    Comedy Company made me blush and readers here know that takes some doing...
    For it's me who make others blush at the drop of a hat...

    Milan Mogache ..the foot tapping number by a girl in orange dress with a long name was super...

    The male singers too and the Comperes too were a class apart as was LHM with his renditions.

    Urban Accoustics, provided amazing sound and lighting. The sounds were outstanding and played a major role in the success of this nite. Music was totally a team effort. The Sangters band rocked.
