Mangaluru city taluk level intercollegiate badminton tournament held

Mangaluru, Sep 18: The Yenepoya pre-university college hosted Mangaluru city taluk level intercollegiate badminton tournament 2018-19 on  September 12.

Total eight colleges, 49 students, 24 girls and 25 boys took part in this tournament for both boys and girls. The tournament was held at Yenepoya Deemed to be University Indoor stadium – Yendurance.  

All the teams reported before 9 am with the presence of all the team managers/ physical education directors. The Mangaluru city taluk in charge Ramesh was present for the tournament.  

                                 

For the closing/ prize distribution ceremony Shashi Nair, Yenepoya University basketball coach gave away the winners and runners up trophy. Sujith K V, physical education director/ convenor proposed  vote of thanks.
