Sunny Wednesday morning in Delhi


New Delhi, Sep 19 (IANS): It was a sunny morning in the national capital on Wednesday with the minimum temperature recorded at 23.2 degrees Celsius, two notches below the season's average.

"The sky will remain clear throughout the day. There is no possibility of rain," an India Meteorological Department (IMD) official said.

The maximum temperature was expected to hover around 36 degrees Celsius, he said, adding that the humidity at 8.30 a.m. was 88 per cent.

Tuesday's maximum temperature settled at 35.2 degrees Celsius, one notch above the season's average while the minimum temperature was recorded at 25.5 degrees Celsius, one notch above the season's average.
