Sign of mismanagement. It is the responsibility of the hotel to ensure the payment is secured by credit card or advance payment. Loosing a laptop is a sign of lax security. Not a safe place to stay.

What all types of people you get on this earth. This I am hearing first time that a guest taking a laptop.Iam sure he has taken it not simply.because he might use it and to findout the customers name and to dupe them?or some purpose of going into the details of customers bank account?Be careful people.some use or most of them use Bank card to pay and this fellow too must be having some emergency either to make a similar card out of it?one never know. The person who gave the laptop must be stupid I say.how can one trust a stranger taking your laptop?Nextdays will show why he took it.empty account or fake card.Inform all hotels by mail .did they atleast had a cctv while entering ?
