Mangaluru, Sep 28: iLaundroid, the well-known laundry service firm which has its outlets in Bengaluru and Pune, opened its franchise at Kadri in the city on Thursday, September 27.
Jossy D’Souza, proprietor, Village Restaurant and Wine and Spirits, inaugurated the outlet by lighting the lamp along with A K Jayaram Shekhar, proprietor, Mahesh Bus Service, Tresilla Aranha, landlord, Fr Prakash D’Cunha, Riyaz, representative, iLaundroid, Bengaluru, and Alwyn D’Souza.
Addressing the gathering, A K Jayaram said, “The outlet has opened in the evening and as per Hindu ritual, it is a good sign. We all know that the young Keith D’Souza’s dream has come to true. It is his first step in business world. With quality service, he should expand this business. He has the capacity to excel. I wish him all the best.”
Fr Prakash said, “With his maiden venture, Keith is entering the business world. He had decided to start a unique firm and he has successfully done so. Nowadays, after education, majority of youth wander here and there complaining about lack of jobs. Some get desperate and chose negative path. But a few take up the challenge and do something different. Keith is one of among them. I wish him all success in his business. I expect many more outlets to come up in the city under his leadership.”
Briefing about iLaundroid, Riyaz said, “iLaundroid already has its branches in Bengaluru and Pune. The brand is going to expand its outlets in more cities. Quality and service is our strength and we never compromise on this. Keith’s iLaundroid is our first outlet in Mangaluru. We have plans to start more outlets in the city.”
