Bengaluru: One lac employment opportunities in every district, says CM Kumaraswamy

Daijiworld Media Network - Bengaluru (MS)

Bengaluru, Sep 30: "It is the duty of the government to provide employment for people who intend to work. In this context, the government has the aim to create one lac job opportunities in every district," said chief minister (CM) H D Kumaraswamy.

Kumaraswamy was speaking after inaugurating the two-day 'Udyoga Mela' at the National College grounds in the city organised under the aegis of the city and rural district administration.

Continuing his inaugural address, the CM said, "Every family of the state will be provided with employment. A vision group is formed in this regard, which consists of CEOs of 43 prestigious companies. Nine clusters are formed under the group and in all the nine districts one lac each jobs will be created. This is priority and duty of the government.

"We are not conducting the 'Udyoga Mela' for the sake of propaganda. All those who are participating in this mela will get a job. However, the candidates should have patience. They should not get disheartened and keep on trying again and again. Melas of this kind will be conducted unabated in the future," he said.

Training at home for needy people

Speaking on the occasion, R V Deshpande, minister for large and medium scale industries, said, "We are implementing 'Skill on Wheel' scheme, in which the training will be given to differently abled, tribal and people living in remote villages. In addition, people who have received skill training will be given the opportunity to open a bank account with zero balance and also provided with ATM card and net banking facility. This project is being implemented for the first time in the country."

How all loans can be cleared by the government?

"How it is possible for me to clear the private loans of people who have taken the same for various purposes?" questioned CM Kumaraswamy. He further said, "A farmer who recently committed suicide had met at the 'Janata Darshan' programme. He had taken a private loan of around Rs 12 to 13 lac. He asked me to repay that loan. If this is the case, then how it is possible for the government to clear around Rs 15 to 20 lac of private loan taken by each and everyone in the state? The public has to guide me in this regard."

Instead of copying PMs speech, CM should have tried something new, like "For every person in the district there will be 2 employments. He can decide whether to take both or go ahead with just 1." this sounds more crazy..

Immediately people working abroad should resign and come to india to seek new job in state. When people kept trust in present government should also act accordingly. Praising only will not change the situation.

Me too hate pakodas, but no options left. These politions ( all party) only good for TV and news paper interviews. Nothing is implimenting or not reaching to deserving candidates. I have appeared for KPSC 2017 exams but NO RESULT declared ,dont know what is the status .... but notification was its transperent process. Few upsc exams only collecting application with some fees and keeping silent. What we should do then?? All parties indirectly supporting PAKODA BUSINESS.
