Mangaluru: Asaigoli Bajarang Dal activist assault case - three arrested

Mangaluru, Oct 3: Three people, who were absconding after attacking Ramesh, an activist of Bajarang Dal, near Asaigoli Konaje on the outskirts of the city were arrested by Konaje police.

The arrested accused are Shafit Ali alias Shafi, Abdul Aziz alias Sameer, both residents of Asaigoli and Sawad, a resident of Mukkaccheri, Ullal.

The accused had attacked Ramesh on September 30 near Asaigoli bar and escaped from the spot. Konaje police arrested the culprits from Nettilapadavu on Tuesday, October 2 and produced them to the court. Ravi Naik, police sub-inspector, Konaje and personnel of the station took part in the operation.
