Mumbai: Newly elected directors of Bharath Bank take over charge

Mumbai, Oct 6: The election officials of Bharath Bank officially announced the list of winners in elections to the board of directors of Bharath Bank for the period 2018-2023 and handed over the charge to them.

Billavara Association president Chandrashekar S Poojary offered floral tribute to the portrait of Brahmashree Narayana guru, lit the lamp and set the meeting in progress. Additional election officer Sandeep Deshmukh, assistant additional election officer D B Goswamy, Bharath Bank CEO and managing director C R Mulki, additional co-election officer Vidyananda S Karkera, Bharath Bank general manager and Billavara Association president Chandrashekar S Poojary were on the dais.



A K Chavan handed over charge to newly elected directors Jaya C Suvarna, Vasudeva R Kotian, L V Ameen, advocate S B Ameen, J A Kotian, Damodar C Kunder, N T Poojary, Gangadhar J Poojary, K B Poojary, U S Poojary, Jyothi K Suvarna, K N Suvarna, Bhasker M Salian, Suryakant J Suvarna, Premanath P Kotian, Mohandas A Poojary, Purushotham S Kotian, unanimously elected advocate Rohini J Salian and Sharada Soora Karkera from ladies reservation quota and backward class and backward tribe category director Anbhalgan C Harijan who was absent.

Bank official Vandana Shetty sang a prayer song. C R Mulki gave an introductory speech. Vidyananda S Karkera conducted the programme and thanked everyone. The meeting concluded after the National Anthem.
