Opposition alliance has neither leader nor policy: Amit Shah

Hyderabad, Oct 28 (IANS): BJP President Amit Shah on Sunday said that the grand alliance of the opposition parties neither has a leader nor a policy and its only agenda is to remove Prime Minister Narendra Modi.

He said that Congress President Rahul Gandhi was neither acceptable as a PM candidate to other leaders of his parties, nor to the other parties that constitute the 'Maha Gathbandhan'.

Shah was speaking here at the conclusion of a 2-day conclave of the Bharatiya Janata Yuva Morcha (BJYM), the youth wing of the BJP.

Shah said that wile Narendra Modi was working to remove poverty, the only agenda of the 'Maha Gathbandhan' was to remove Modi.

Stating that the grand alliance would have no impact on the 2019 general election, he said Modi would once again become the Prime Minister.

"2019 elections will be a challenge for all of us and for the country. May 2019 will decide the direction in which the country will head," he told BJYM workers gathered from across the country.

Stating that the youth played a key role in ushering in a change in 2014, he urged BJYM workers to double their efforts in 2019 to once again make Modi the Prime Minister with a huge majority.

"You make 50 per cent of the efforts. We will make the remaining 50 per cent," he said.

Claiming that various schemes launched by the Modi government had helped 22 crore families, Shah appealed to BJYM workers to reach out to all these families with Modi's message.

The BJP President said that after the BJP returns to power next year, it would drive every intruder out of the country. "From Kashmir to Kanyakumari and from Assam to Gujarat, we will throw out every intruder," he said and alleged that Congress and other opposition parties raised a hue and cry over BJP government in Assam identifying 40 lakh infiltrators.

BJYM President Poonam Mahajan exhorted the workers to dedicate themselves to help the BJP win next year's elections.

Union Ministers Rajnath Singh, Nitin Gadkari, Piyush Goyal, Chief Ministers of BJP-ruled states and top leaders of BJP addressed the conclave over the last two days.

It is unfortunate that Shah is BJP president. CBI special director Asthana able to save both of them in Godra insidentance. But People of India will not. Unemployment, price rise for cooking gas, petrol, Diesel , farmers distress, and communal tension.

Think before voting. Choice is yours. Decide between peace and disaster.

For the past 4 years he has cheated all of us Indians including Hindus in the name of religion, temple, Cattle, beef etc etc.
Nothing has brought us Jobs, nothing has improved our living standards, nothing has improved our purchasing power, nothing has happened to the rising cost of living. Trust with one another has broken down. If people are divided, how the country can remain united! Lets apply wisdom this time.

SHAH MUST PRECISELY MENTION HOW MANY YEARS BJP RULED SINCE INDEPENDENCE??? CONGRESS HAS GOOD LEADERS QUALIFIED WITH KNOWLEDGE AND WISDOM TO RULE THE COUNTRY WITH GOOD ECONOMIC POLICIES FOR GROWTH AND DEVELOPMENT AND EMPLOYMENT GOR MOST OF THE PEOPLE.

By writing in capital letters the matter won't be true. If the rule from 2004 to 2014 was acceptable for the general public how come chaddiless got only 44 seats not able to get even recognizer opposition party label
In the initial period of 30-35 years of Independence ppl thought sickulars r really secular and take the country forward. But when the Congress became khangress ppl
lost hope and oppostion parties or regional parties got public support as they had good leaders. But when the coilation is just to defeat one person and that too without a leader bound to give reverse effect to the so called chor ghatbandhan

If you promise 15 lakhs for each person, who will not vote for you ? BJP has indirectly promised bribe for vote which is not fulfilled. Wait and see how many seats BJP will get since no 15L have arrived since past five years.

"Shah said that wile Narendra Modi was working to remove poverty, "
Wow Mr. Shah, you both have worked very hard to remove poverty for the last 4 years and reduced the gas cylinder price from Rs 400 to Rs 900 apart from that citizens are enjoying the reduction in cost of living of all basic commodities. They will certenly chose your party for the next tenure. All the best for the fake promises.
