Beltangady: 24-year-old Steven Rodrigues drowns in river

Beltangady, Nov 4: A 24-year-old youth drowned here at a river in Kannaje on Sunday, November 4.

The deceased has been identified as Steven Rodrigues.

The incident occured at around 3.30 pm when Steven along with his friends had been to the river for swimming.

The body has been shifted to Beltangady government hospital for post-mortem.
