Dubai: World Tulu event organisers accord grand welcome to bishops, artistes

Dubai, Nov 22: Vishwa Tulu Sammelana organisers lead by Sarvotham Shetty, Shodhan Prasad, Praveen Shetty and others accorded warm welcome to guests of the event Dr Peter Paul Saldanha, bishop of Mangaluru diocese, Dr Henry D’Souza, bishop of Bellary, and several guest artistes from Mangaluru.

Also present at the airport to welcome were Ronald Colaco, Michael Dsouza, Ivan Fernandes, James Mendonca, Walter Nandalike and others.

His Highness Nahyan Mubarak Al Nahyan will be the chief guest at grand event to be held on November 23 and 24 here.



The two-day festival will include loads of Tulu cultural events, to preserve and nurture the Tulunadu language and culture alive.
