Mangaluru: FMMC receives Rs 40 lac research grant from VGST

Mangaluru, Nov 27: Father Muller Medical College, here received a research grant of Rs 40 lac from Vision Group of Science & Technology, Govt of Karnataka for the Academic year 2018-19.

This research grant is sanctioned for a research proposal “Phenotypic and Gynotypic characterization of Anaerobic Microbial Community isolated from Human infections in the sub-urban population of Coastal Karnataka' which was submitted by Dr Beena Antony, Prof of Microbiology to the Vision Group of Science & Technology (VGST) under the scheme KFIST-level 2.
