Mangalore: Pandeshwar Police Arrest Hemp Seller

Mangalore, Dec 12: Pandeshwar police arrested a person for allegedly selling hemp in Bunder area on Thursday December 11.

The arrested person has been identified as Ashraf (34), resident of Manjeshwar in Kasargod district. Police sources said that the arrested was a frequent visitor to the Bunder area to sell hemp.

Police arrested 760 gms of hemp valued at Rs 12,000 and a mobile phone used to communicate with customers. Pandeshwar station inspector Tilakchandra headed the operation.
