The parish priest and Vicar Forane of Our Lady of Health parish, Shirva, Fr Richard Coelho preached a homily to a gathering of over 2,000 faithful on the occasion. White Doves is a charity organization of the laity truly committed to uplift the downtrodden on the lines of Blessed Mother Theresa's organization founded in Kolkatta.
