The 1975's Healy would love to collaborate with Grande

New Delhi, Dec 21 (IANS): Matty Healy, frontman of the Brit Award-winning band The 1975, says he would love to join forces with singer Ariana Grande, who has "such an amazing voice".

Last month, the UK group covered Grande's chart-topper "Thank U, next". She later retweeted their performance with a heart emoji.

"It's just the best song out at this time. It is also the biggest song at the moment," Healy told IANS about the track that addresses Grande's ex-boyfriends, including the late rapper Mac Miller and her former fiance Pete Davidson.

Asked about collaborating with the American singer, Healy said: "Yeah, I would love to. She has such an amazing voice."

Meanwhile, the band is enjoying the success of their latest album "A Brief Inquiry into Online Relationships". They are also working on their fourth album.

Asked about their fourth album, he shared: "I don't know. I care about my music, but I don't care if the record lives up to people's expectations or if they think it's going to be like a continuation from 'A Brief Inquiry...'. I am really not interested in people's preconceptions."
