Mangaluru: St Ann's PU College organises Christmas programme

Mangaluru, Dec 23: Christmas is the season of love, peace and joy. It is celebrated all over the world as a joyous family affair.

A Christmas programme was organised by the students of St Ann's PU College on the December 22. Ronald D'Cunha presided as the chief guest.

The programme began with a prayer service followed by a welcome dance. A beautiful tableau depicting the birth of Jesus Christ was the highlight of this programme.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

After the programme prize distribution ceremony was held. The meritorious students for the year 2018-2019 were honoured by the chief guest. Scholarship was awarded to the students for securing highest marks in different subjects in the public exam- March 2018.

The chief guest Ronald D'Cunha gave his message on the occasion. The programme was concluded with a vote of thanks.
To enhance the festive joy, cake was distributed to all the students.

Christmas celebration at College began from the December 17. A beautiful 'Crib' depicting the nativity scene was prepared by the catholic students. 'Star making' and ' Christmas greeting card making' competitions were conducted as a prelude to the celebration.
