Kundapur, Dec 17: The taluk committee of CPI (M), recently held an impressive public rally against terrorism and communalism. The rally began near Shastri Circle where the public meeting was held with K Shanker, district secretary, CPI (M). addressing the gathering. B N Nagaraj, state secretary, highlighted the purpose of the public rally.
He pointed out that the BJP ruled the roost, and as a result, the hydra-headed communal monster wreaked havoc in states like Karnataka and Orissa.
Communal forces and terrorism were inimical to people, and Americans are the villains as they are responsible for the growth of terrorism for they invaded Iraq and Afghanistan though they had no stake whatsoever in those countries, said Nagaraj.
