Family of civilian killed in border shelling demands compensation


Jammu, Dec 27 (IANS): The family of a civilian killed in border shelling at the Line of Control (LoC) in Rajouri district staged a protest on Thursday demanding compensation.

Bodhraj, 55, a porter for the army, was killed on Wednesday in Pakistani shelling in Nowshera Sector.

The family said there was no definite policy for fair compensation to such civilians.
