Mangaluru, Jan 3: Coastalwood is growing as an industry similar to Sandalwood.

Though the number of successful films is less, ‘Paddayi’ film directed by Abhaya Simha had bagged best regional film award in national film festival. ‘Appe teacher’ directed by Kishore Moodbidri made news in collections.

 

‘Ammer Polisa’, directed by Sooraj Shetty and acted by Roopesh Shetty was also a hit.
