Bengaluru: State BJP gets clearance from top brass to form government

Daijiworld Media Network - Bengaluru (SP)

Bengaluru, Jan 4: It is reliably learnt that the state BJP leaders have got clearance from their national leadership to go ahead with the toppling of the current government if they have a clear chance. The dissidence within the Congress appears to be crystallizing now and something concrete in this direction might happen after January 14, Makara Sankramana day, political pundits say.

BJP state president, B S Yeddyurappa, who met top leadership of the party at New Delhi recently, is buoyed by the support extended to him by the central leaders. Taking into account a previous effort made by state BJP leaders to snatch power which was botched up, the central leaders themselves will be drawing up and directing the plan of action for the fall of the coalition government, it is said.

The central BJP leaders have told Yeddyurappa in no uncertain terms that they would not approve of a plan like the previous one which not only failed in its purpose but also dented the reputation of the party. They have reportedly warned him to go ahead only after making completely sure that a government which BJP would be forming will be stable enough.

As per information, BJP has formed small groups of leaders which are silently making efforts to woo legislators from the other parties. The tone of BJP leaders and repeated claims by their own leaders like Umesh Katti about the imminent fall of the coalition government indicates that they are emboldened now and more confident about being able to muster a majority in the state assembly.

The State BJP also got clearance from the Governor after the last assembly elections. South India will reject the BJP lock stock and barrel in the next general elections.

Poor Yeddy, his clock is ticking as he is over 70 years and high time he opts for retirement.

As their Boss observed sometimes back Power is Oxygen to Yeddurappa. Instead of playing role of constructive opposition he is eager to topple the govt with the blessings of party leaders. Time is changing and the same has been noticed by you. Don't take the people for granted. Everything will change after few months.

Go ahead now. Karnataka will be another UP. Lawless. Thank God, Yeddi did not go to temple to offer pooja, as that would have put gods in confusion whom to support, government of the day or another parallel government that received go-ahead by Amith Shah?
