Israel is known to be very particular about food, thanks to its insistence on Kosher foods (that conform to the regulations of dietary law or ‘kashrut’). Hence, not many companies involved in food business can cater to the country. However, a Gujarati businessman took up the challenge of meeting their requirements. It’s been 14 years now since Zeevabhai Mulishia started supplying Kosher foods to Israel from Rajkot. Mulishia, now 52, a native of Mangrol village in Junagadh, is settled in Israel in 1987 and holds its citizenship.
Mulishia, vice-president of Indian Jewish Organisation in Israel, also exports security technology to India. “It was in 2006 that Mr. Modi had visited Israel and carefully studied how India could benefit from that country. He was the chief minister of Gujarat then.
But in Karnataka despite JD(S)-Congress in the ruling, the rules are not less than Chief Minister Yogi's Uttar Pradesh.
Under which 'Cow protection law' is this meat is confessed by the law the enforcement department?
When the Modi's Gujarat can export Indian 'beef', why Kannadigas are imposed with a ban of consumption?

We expect same kind of arrest in other case also. Cow theft case is happening everyday but we could not seen any arrest & police are able to seize the vehicle only why? eventhough public give the information about cow thieves the police are unable to arrest them. Karkala police should reveal the logic used for this arrest so that same logic can be used in other case. but here also 2 main accused are able escape.

India is one country but in Karnataka they treat these people as criminals but other states they will not take any action. i.e. UP/MP during the BJP rule they treated the people as criminals when they eat or slaughter cow but same BJP government is not taking any action against these people in Goa , Maharashtra etc.

Mahesh, are we talking here about cow, or Beef ?

When Nirmala Sitaram was visited Karnataka and was questioned about India being one of top beef exporter, she said that what is exported, is not cow meat.

How are you connecting the meat caught with these people with cow slaughter ?

Have you guys memorized statements to use at convenience ???

Cows can be slaughtered if old or diseased. Possession, however, is not a crime. According to a bill proposed by the BJP in 2010, cow slaughter made slaughter punishable by 7 years’ jail and Rs 1 lakh fine. The bill is still pending for approval in Karnataka assembly.

Implementing laws very Strictly is the only solution to these thugs.

I was surprised by reading the headline of arresting 5 people. but by reading the name I understand. we saw in all previous incidents that the culprits were escaped & only vehicles were seized. here also 2 people are able to run away. if they are arrested then only the real story will be revealed.

Hindu farmers call low caste people to do away with an ailing cow. Its an open truth that the community separates meat/skin and buries the carcass.

Now, how this is acceptable, and its not a crime ?? That too done with the knowledge of the farmer owner ???
