Plan to eliminate Hindu leaders - Delhi police arrest Kasargod youth

Daijiworld Media Network - Kasargod (SP)

Kasargod, Jan 14: Police personnel of New Delhi have arrested C M Muhataseem alias Taseem (41), a resident of Chembarika near Chemnad in the district. He has been accused of hatching a conspiracy to kill Sangh Parivar leaders.

The police suspect that Taseem might be having connections with terrorists. They have not given more details about this link. They took him to New Delhi after producing in the court here.

Police personnel of Vidyanagar station in the town had taken Taseem into custody at the request of New Delhi police on January 11 from Chattanchal. Delhi police came here the next day and took the accused into custody. Officials of central intelligence department too had come for questioning Taseem.

Taseem already faces two cases of with respect to creating fake passports, which is registered in Bekal police station, and a case relating to posing threat to Vipin, who was police sub-inspector of Bekal station. Taseem, who is locally identified as 'Don', had been interrogated earlier by the Interpol and intelligence division officials several times over appointment of young men from here for terrorist organizations based in Kashmir.

The police said that Taseem holds an unauthorized identity card which he himself has prepared with the duplicate seal of Indian government. The card shows his name as Muhataseem C M, Tasleem Don (RAW), Kulabhe, near Ganapati temple, Bendies House, Mumbai - 400 001. This resembles the identity cards issued to research and analysis wing connected with Indian military intelligence.

When the accused one is having such a long list of career !why didnt they arrest him and put behind bars and still out?To trouble others?Sometimes these police too are having favours from him too ?Otherwise find no reason to be arrested. Now atleast time to search him and put an end to his further activities.

Why does gtrouble makers like Purohit, Pragya raj etc are not treated as terrorists. How about the killers of Gauri Lankesh. Why are they enjoying freedom. Are these trouble makers are not terrorists. Or this is because they belong to sangh parivar? what is the definition of Terrorist. Can sangh parivar carry out any attack and there should be no question. Is there different definatin of terrorism. does our law has 2 faces.

    Dear Shiju from Calicut,
Sorry but, these are the very arguments coming from duplicitous Pakistani leaders as well. I am sure you might have watched them on youtube. Yes, it a good argument, but not credible; at least not credible enough to sit across the table and discuss. Courts have given clean chit to some the people you mention. In Gauri Lankesh and other rationalists case, police is on it and finally cracking the case. No that is not terrorism. It was targeted and did not involve bombing public places etc., which are specifically targeted to create havoc. If you know to write on this forum, I am sure, you are educated enough to make the difference. Public were up in arms against killings of rationalists and there was wide spread condemnation. By citing some fringe past, you cannot justify some serious radicalization happening in Kerala.

    Sathish,

'There is no religion to terrorism' - agree. Then, why isn't Pragnya Singh, Purohit and their companions are not terrorists but victims ? Why the killers of Pansare, Gauri Lankesh not terrorists, but were trained by saviors of Hindu religion to do good to the human kind by eliminating those individuals ?

There is an adage - hum keren to chamatkaar, tum kero to balaathkaar. When your side does it, its 'Sambhavani yuge.. yuge..' But when others do it, its terror - how do you defend this ?

Our police force is so intelligent, so strong, they can arrest the person without any problem, from anywhere even if they have fake id's. But unable to arrest the group rapers, lodge rapers, local robbers, cow thieves and human trafficking etc. All these are roaming freely to do more and more crimes.
Only news we can read is such and such incident happened but culprit absconding.

Killing people in the name of religion is the worst thing. Hindu or muslim or anyone don't have the right to kill fellow humans and other animals other than for food.

"don't have the right to kill fellow humans and other animals other than for food."

Do you mean to say killing humans and animals is illegal, or killing humans and animals for food is OK ?? People don't kill humans for food but they do that with animals. How are bovine members different than animals and killing them is punishable with lynching ??

    Dear Shankar,

Do not comment like an innocent.

Is there not a possibility that the intelligence team can create a fake raw id card and put in the pocket of his trousers on in his bag?

Our police will make the innocents even agree for murder, even if they have not committed the same due to third degree methods.

Let us open our eyes and not act like all is fair and square in this country.

The question is why all these things are happening when there is an election nearby? That needs to be investigated first.

    Dear Abdul,
You have a point with respect to wrong arrests made in Hyderabad wherein youth were behind bars for many years after which courts acquitted them.
However, you cannot also discount the fact that youth from Kerala have gone and joined ISIS and there is a real threat of radicalism there. I only wish that your line of thought is correct. However, there are volumes of data to the contrary. And the latest, youth from Kerala trying to instigate violence in DK. I am hoping that this information is also wrong. However, if it is true then, it is very serious. You cannot hope that your house will be untouched when neighbors house is on fire.

I mean suffer a lot more what we go through on road at least these days ...

    Very good question Jenifer.
However, most part of the article precisely explains that. He was known to the police. He even threatened the police inspector. With killing of rationalists, people hitherto not having police records were involved. And hence your question is relevant. Police have now unearthed the Bangeras and extremist ideologues in the hinterland after those killings. Let us appreciate them for unearthing something we did not know and for far too long and were clueless all the while about Kalburgi and similar rationalist's killing in Pune.

They have been critics of particular community and their gods, protesting superstition is acceptable but insulting someone's belief attracts enmity .... Anyway those taken law in their hands should be brought to books ....
