'My actions against corruption infuriated some': PM's dig at Oppn

New Delhi, Jan 19(DC): Taking a dig at Trinamool Congress’s mega rally, PM Modi said, “My actions against corruption have infuriated some people. It's but natural for them to get angry as I've prevented them from looting public money. Consequently, they have now formed an alliance called ‘Mahagathbandhan’.”

PM Modi said that this 'ganthbandhan' is not against him but against the people of India. He also added that currently, they are not even properly together and already that have started bargaining for their share.

"They may form as many alliances as they want to, but they will not be able to get away with their misdeeds," said Prime Minister Modi adding, "This will get them to newspapers, but they will not be able to win people's hearts like this. Nobody cares about those who are disconnected from the ground."

"Those who crushed democracy in their own state are now preaching about saving the democracy. It's truly ironical," PM Modi said in Silvassa, where he inaugurated some projects on Saturday after attending the Vibrant Gujarat Global Summit.

Accusing the Opposition of being corrupt, Modi said, "This is a fight between optimistic thinking and pessimistic attitude, a fight between development and corruption, a fight between public and the mahagathbandhan."

At the massive rally at Kolkata's Brigade Parade ground, West Bengal Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee welcomed the opposition leaders and let them speak to the crowd about their plans for the upcoming 2019 Lok Sabha elections due in May.

PM Modi faces a united opposition in the national elections, which will make the fight tougher.

No one believes a word that Modi states because of his over indulgence in Lies and Falsehoods in the past. Except for using the ED and the CBI to harass opposition parties, the Modi Govt has turned a blind eye on all cases of corruption in India especially in the BJP ruled states with the result that corruption has become widespread across the country and no one seems to be scared of any consequences.

Modiji, you were a prince in 2014, savior, as compared to less-speaking MMS. Its not your efficiency but your oratory won you the race. MMS was much efficient than you but he did not have the lengthy tongue.

This year, you are in comparison to RG who may not have any political experience but has sufficient beans in his kitty to spread on your path. You tread them and reply to the citizens. Answer them why you are not going to the Parliament. Answer all his questions related to Rafale.

Your wagging tongue won't help to win elections in 2019 as it did in 2014.

Jay Shah's increase in wealth overnight ?
Offer on a platter to Anil Ambani for making defense jets ?

    Well ? Modiji ??

But Prime Minister runs away from Parliament to discuss the 'Rafale Jet' scam. In five years he is afraid to hold a single press conference in neutral avenue represented by a national and International journalist on his own government policies.

Modiji, what infuriated 'Chota Modi, Lalit, Mehul Chokski and around 200 crony industrialist who ran looting Indias public sector bank to take asylum in a foreign country with a new passport?

If BJP is true nationalist party and chant 'Bharat Mata ki Jai', why is afraid to hold a debate on 'Rafale Scam' under Joint Parliamentary Committee'?
