BJP President Amit Shah discharged from AIIMS

New Delhi, Jan 20 (IANS): BJP President Amit Shah was on Sunday discharged from the All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS) here where he was admitted after contracting swine flu.

"It's a matter of joy, happiness that our President Amit Shahji has been discharged from AIIMS. He is completely healthy and have reached his residence. Thanks to all the well wishers and party cadres for their wishes," Anil Baluni, the Bharatiya Janata Party media cell convenor said in a tweet.



Shah, 54, was admitted on Wednesday. He was under the observation of AIIMS Director Randeep Guleria.

    I am really surprised seeing fools comments... its good we have AIIMS. but see how many of ours celebrities go to US or foreign country for treatement .Recently sonali bendre and irfan khan went to US .
    please dont be jealous or fools. We should have hospitals for cancer treaments so that our people should not go out. Still we are far behind. Poor people should get treatment here ..that type of facility we should get.
    just for political target we shouldnot give silly comments.

    This is the classic example for the detractors of Nehur/Gandhi family. They were cursing Congress saying what they have done in 70 years. He got admitted at AIIMS hospital which was built by Nehru. Now better to Amit Shah, be careful, not to vomit.
