Patna, Jan 25 (IANS): A couple was burnt to death inside a house in the Bihar capital early on Friday, police said.Cable operator Devendar Singh and his wife Lalita Devi were asleep in their Kachauri Gali house when the blaze broke out, Station Officer in-charge Mitesh Kumar said.
Prima facie it appeared to be a short circuit that started the fire, he said.
