Modi in Seoul: To accept peace award, unveil Gandhi bust

Seoul, Feb 21 (IANS): Prime Minister Narendra Modi reached the South Korean capital on Thursday for a two-day state visit where he will unveil a Mahatma Gandhi bust, besides accepting the Seoul Peace Prize and having business and political engagements.

On his second state visit to the Asian nation, Modi will address the India-Korea business symposium and unveil a bust of Gandhi at the Yonsei University.

Later he is set to attend a private dinner hosted by the South Korean President Moon Jae-in and meet members of the India-Korea parliamentary group. He will also attend a community event in the evening.

During the two-day visit, Modi will hold discussions with Moon and accept the Seoul Peace Prize conferred upon him.

He had visited South Korea earlier in May 2015.

What a hypocrisy. In India their fringe elements are humiliating Indias father of the nation. And some other country is respecting him.
And our great man is going to Korea to receive peace award where in his own country he could not manage to maintain peace after 2014 from his own fringe elements and our Soldiers are bleeding continuously in the hands of enemies. And this guy is touring without any guilt. Wah Modi Wah.

Gone there to bring feed-back from Korea of 'Make in India'

In the initial years that he was taking so many foreign trips, his supporters here were saying he is visiting countries to convince them to 'Make in India'

After five years, all we see is 'Make in Japan' 'Make in France' but nothing made in India. Jobless youth in Kashmir are taking ghoos from Paki terror groups and carrying ammunition to ram at our soldiers' convoy.

Here at home the BJP condemns Mahatma Gandhi as a traitor and extol his killer, Nathuram Godse as a hero. And there he goes to South Korea to unveil a bust of Mahatma Gandhi. What a contradiction? How can these people be so blatant and courageous in peddling such mega lies in the public. Can't the Bhakts see their duplicity? God save this nation. And I am sure God will save this nation this time from the hands of these lairs and cheats.
