Time to see if son of Pathan Imran Khan will stand by his words: PM Modi in Tonk

New Delhi, Feb 23 (IT): Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Saturday said that Pakistan Prime Minister Imran Khan had told him that he would stand by his words. Today, it is the time to test if he will stand by his words, PM Modi said, while addressing a gathering at Rajasthan's Tonk.

"When Pakistan got a new prime minister, I congratulated him [Imran Khan]. I had told him that we together should fight against poverty and illiteracy. Imran Khan had said to me that he was son of a Pathan and will stand by his words."

"Today, it is time to test if he will stand by his words," PM Modi said in view of the Pulwama terror attack which killed 40 CRPF jawans in Jammu and Kashmir's Pulwama district. Pakistan-based Jaish-e-Mohammed (JeM) had claimed the responsibility for the suicide bombing.

The prime minister's reaction has come a few days after Imran denied his country's involvement in the Kashmir suicide bombing and sought "actionable intelligence" from India to support its claims. He said India blamed Pakistan for the bombing "without any evidence" but added that Islamabad was ready to probe it and take action against guilty Pakistanis if evidence was shared with it.

Fight against terrorism not Kashmiris: Modi

PM Modi also reacted to the recent cases of attacks on the Kashmiri students across the country in the aftermath of the Pulwama terror attack. He said that the fight is against terrorrism and the enemies of humanity and not the Kashmiris.

"Our fight is against terrorism and enemies of humanity. Our fight is for Kashmir not against Kashmir, not against Kashmiris. What happened to Kashmiri students in last few days, such things should not happen in this country," he said.

Don't expect much from a Patan. They are dumb and can be easily manipulated. That's why you see so many suicide bombings in Baluchistan. Being brave in this case is lack of brains.

    Modiji,

How can you expect each and every person to be like you ? You, a Baniya by roots, have shown how to do business within your circle. Not one, but two Modis found safe exit from India after heart-content of loot, Adani/Ambani are full to the brim with government contracts, but a common man is sans 15L that was expected of you to be brought back from abroad.

Save it, Modiji, don't expect same respect that you commanded in 2014. All those, with exception of your party supporters, are ashamed today that we can't stand with our PM in his opinion. Why ? Just because you publicly exhibited the animosity in your towards one family. You said, they looted the nation but they are still within the nation, attending to the court summons. They did not flee ! Above all, the very family member caught you stealing and giving it to your friend.

Moreover, you did not became the PM of India, but of BJP. Sorry !

Jennifer, Mangalore . 'Loan after loan' , without any security was granted to the 2 Modis during the regime of the bar dancer thru Harvard economist MMS. Now the irony is, Congis want Modi to bring him back. Ambanis were millionaires even prior to 2014. Yeah they have the money to invest .For instance now Air India is contemplating to sell their fleets. Will you or any one from your DW community buy it? No, then dont blame Ambani if he buys.!
Who is the family member who caught the PM stealing?RaGa LOL. Why does he not go to the court with the evidence .? The whole nation knows this and he is laughed of as Mr. bean of India. ! No party wants to allign with him, and are creating bandhans on their own . He himself is not sure of Amethi and looking for a safe constituency to contest from.

Loan after loan ? Who don't take loan ? Do they all run away with it ? Who lifted CBI look-out notice to Mallya (BJP RS Member) for 24 hours so that he flees ? Why is Subrotho Roy jailed ? Because of BJP - hmmm ??? Could he also not be let to flee ? Nobody has explanation to Ambani's qualification to build Rafale fighters opposing HAL !

RAGA is not a joker - he is the only person in the entire India who had guts to call Modi a chor ! Prove me wrong !

What did you get by jailing subrato? Kajipu? . The BJP has passed the fugitive economic offenders bill which gives the right to have the asset of the offender confiscated once one is declared a fugitive. Why was Anderson allowed to leave after killing 300 bhopalites.

Modiji, Don't try to mess around 'Pathan' and 'Sardar'. If they are good and accepted you as a guest they will readily sacrifice their lives for you. If they lose their temper they will kill the enemies mercilessly without any regret.
Now the entire nation has come to know BJP using Kashmir to win the next election. (1) Who gave new lease of life to the most wanted terrorist Azhar Masood?
It was Indian Government led by senior RSS ideologue and leader, Vajpayee in December 1999. This chronic hate-monger 'Jaish' entered Indian Kashmir in order to give impetus to the terrorist activities in the Valley in the early 1990s but was arrested in February 1994 and put in the Kot Bhalwal Jail, Jammu, to face charges of war against India. He was released in exchange for the passengers of IAC’s plane which was hijacked on the eve of X-Mas, December 24, 1999. He was released with two other dreaded terrorists, namely, Ahmed Umar Saeed Sheikh and Mushtaq Ahmed Zargar. They were released unconditionally as per the demand of the Taliban patronized JeM. These terrorists were picked up from the Kot Bhalwal Jail and put up in a special plane to Taliban controlled Kandahar, Afghanistan accompanied by the then foreign minister, Jaswant Singh. Indian minister, a darling of RSS, then personally handed over these terrorists to the hijackers on December 31 who were allowed to sneak into Pakistan by the Taliban militants. Incidentally, the current National Security Advisor, Ajit Doval was the IB chief at that time and also headed the 4-member Indian negotiation team at Kandahar which led to release these dreaded terrorists!
When the nation is mourning Modiji is busy shooting with 'Discovery Channel' team in Jim Corbett Park. The grief on his face is so much visible that when he meets Saudi Prince came out an as big bust of a laugh. In South Korea, he changed so many suits as if he has gone as a brand ambassador to Promote 'Samsung'.

    SmR,
What would have been your decision, if a flight full of Indian citizens is abducted by Taliban and the flight has been taken to Taliban ruled state? Would you release the terrorist as per the abductor's demand or let everyone in the plane die?

SmR, Karkala, From your comments its clear you are Pro-patan perhaps even Pro-Paki. The whole of the nation is now backing the leadership , except for few terrorist sympathisers and Paki lovers. So there is no reason to worry about a Pathan or a Sardar. ON the Khandahar issue, yes 168 innocent lives were on Ransom, Indians including few foreigners as well , Also the airplane was outside Indian boundaries in the Taliban territory that supported the Paki Hijackers. So the Govt of India has lost its bargain. There was lot of Indian public and foreign public unrest and hence it was decided to release 4 convicts who were not so notorious at that time. Had it been the other way around, I guess you and the Congi would have been lamenting that ' for the sake of 4 terrorists you gave 168 innocent lives'. Come on.!!!. On the shooting , Raul Vinci Khan who made this remark has already cut a sorry and sheepish figure after it was known that the photo shoot was in the morning much before the attack. Its now just a joke from the Mr.bean of india. Hope the above clarifies.

Sir, Our PM’s love for Pakistan PM was to be seen and believed. While returning from a foreign trip his plane with more than hundred VIPs on board was ordered to be diverted to Lahore. To global surprise, Modi was to attend the marriage of grand-daughter of Sharif at latter’s ultra-luxurious private Castle known as Jati Umra. According to PTI Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s favorite dish, ‘saag’ was among other delicacies prepared for him during a lunch-cum-dinner at Jati Umrah…All dishes, including saag, dal and vegetable food, were cooked in desi ghee. Kashmiri tea was presented to the Indian premier who was accompanied by 11 important members of Modi’s delegation. Modi out of respect touched the feet of Sharif’s mother also.
Over 100 other members of the delegations stayed at the Lahore airport and enjoyed feast there. Importantly, it was the first trip to Pakistan by an Indian premier in more than 10 years. Modi visited Pakistan not to demand the repatriation of or check on Azhar Masood, protest against the attack on Pathankot air base which took place less than a year before but for merry-making in a private gathering of the PM of Pakistan. This visit symbolized the attitude of our PM towards Pakistan based enemies of India. Such gestures only emboldened the Islamist terrorist based in Pakistan. Sadly, during this very visit of our PM when he was enjoying Punjabi hospitality at Sharif’s private party, two Indian soldiers attained martyrdom at the hands of the Pakistan army.
If PM Modi attend in private function in Pakistan he is 'Desh Bhatkth' and those who question Kandhar hostess crisis is 'anti-national'?
For your knowledge, this Plane would have stopped in Amritsar when it is landed for fueling. But it is not a piece of Ajit Doval who is the advisor and also from Vivekananda foundation of RSS slow to act.
Gentleman, Choose your words wisely. You don't anything about the hostage crisis.
    Jai Hind

Mr Modi, is a PM of India and had the privilege of Indian cooks. He is a vegetarian and the saagu you try to put some emphasis is easily made in every nook and corner of this country. To enjoy a meal no PM goes out if the country. Mr Modi wanted to check mate Pakistan just like what Pakistan tried to do with the Sikh shrine recently. The visit was early period in his innings and was the last. Why your dear government did not think of citizenship ammendment bill?. Today we have a massive population problem causing unemployment problem besides the whole world is moving towards automation and artificial intelligence which could make the problem more acute. In this scenario we should sinking our difference bring in a population control and polygamy bill. The voting rights of those who produce more than two should be stripped. Will you or your party support such bill?.
