Mangaluru, Mar 1: Prof Austin Pais, assistant professor in E&C department as well as CEO & Founder of Trainident - a Start Up focusing on technical and skill development in Yenepoya Institute of Technology (YIT) was felicitated as alumnus at Canara Engineering College on the occasion of College Day 2019 for his achievements as a successful entrepreneur.

The award was given by Dr Ganesh Bhat, principal of CEC. This is the second award whereas the first one was by awarded to Trainident by Nitte-KBL under ‘Most Promising Start Up’ category.



He interacted with the students and parents on the challenges of starting a startup and running it.
