Woman pilot files complaint of verbal abuse


Thiruvananthapuram, Mar 9 (IANS): A Delhi-based woman pilot has filed a complaint against a man, accusing him of verbally abusing her at the airport here, police said on Saturday.

A police official told IANS a complaint has been filed.

The incident occurred after 11 p.m. on Friday. After finishing duty, the woman pilot was waiting for her vehicle at the airport to go to the hotel, when a man started abusing her verbally, the police said.

"She has identified him as a taxi driver. We have registered her complaint and investigating allegations. The CCTV visuals will be examined. Her statement has been recorded," said the police official.
