When some North Indian or Ghattadakul does something praiseworthy, we praise him and relate him with his connections with us as Indain (or relate him to Karnataka respectively). But if that same North Indain commits something worth condemning, we always judge him and separate him as North Indian or Ghattadakul; as if he doesn't belong to human race.
Just judge someone as human being when he does something condemnable; and try to correct him if possible.
