Minor fire in Delhi's Vikas Bhawan


New Delhi, Mar 11 (IANS): A minor fire broke out at Vikas Bhawan here on Monday afternoon. No casualties or injuries were reported, fire officials said.

"A fire was reported at 12.02 p.m. at Vikas Bhawan following which four tenders were rushed to the spot. It was caused due to a short circuit in the wires of air conditioners," a fire official told IANS.

The fire, which was doused within an hour, was reported from the fifth floor of the government building in central Delhi, he said.
