Riyadh, Mar 12 (Arab News): Saudi Arabia’s Interior Minister said the General Directorate of Traffic is launching an e-service to allow the electronic objection to traffic violations.
Based on the instructions of Interior Minister Minister Prince Abdulaziz bin Saud bin Naif, the new service to be available on the “Absher” electronic platform will offer special services to save time and effort for those wishing to file an objection to traffic violations.
Director General of Traffic Department, Major General Mohammed Al-Bassami said that the service comes within a range of services aimed at upgrading the technical traffic system.
Al-Bassami said the first phase of the service will be launched in Al-Qassim region, and is to be applied across the kingdom’s regions before the end of 2019.
