This LS election another freedom struggle: Priyanka

Adalaj (Gujarat), Mar 12 (IANS): Congress General Secretary Priyanka Gandhi on Tuesday urged people to consider the Lok Sabha polls as "another independence struggle" and told them to raise the real issues facing them instead of getting drawn into trivialities.

"Your greatest weapon is awareness about the realities facing the country, your vote is your weapon. Use it with after due consideration and due discretion. Ensure that it does not hurt anyone," Priyanka Gandhi said in her public address here.

"True 'desh bhakti' is getting aware about real problems and challenges before the country."

Amid slogans comparing her with Indira Gandhi, she made a short speech in a conversational style in Hindi, saying this was her first visit to Gujarat.

"When I went to the Gandhi Ashram in Sabarmati, I was almost driven to tears," she said, adding that it was "crucial that the message about real issues should go out from this land of the Mahatma.

"In this election, raise issues that are real, not trivial and diversionary, and this is your responsibility as the true citizens. This country belongs to nobody else but to you. So make the right and informed decisions after taking stock of the hollow promises given to you.

"Where are the two crore jobs? Where is the Rs 15 lakh in your account? Where is women's security? Think about this, ask these questions," she said.

Priyanka Gandhi said the real India was not about spreading hatred everywhere.

"The true nature of India is love and compassion towards one and all, not hatred. It is this very ethos which is being destroyed," she said.

So far we had only one channel of entertainment that was called Rahul Gandhi, oh the demand was so much the Congress party has decided to add one more channel aptly called Priyanka Vadra. Congress leaders have no moral right to talk about freedom or human rights.Have they forgotten 1975/77 emergency.

Associated Journals Limited was started with the support of about 5,000 freedom fighters who became shareholders of AJL. The company had incurred losses before its holdings were transferred to Young India in 2011. The value of the real estate owned by AJL is estimated to be at Rs.50 billion approximately. Delhi High Court dismissed the appeal of Sonia Gandhi and others against the summons issued by the trial court. Many shareholders of AJL alleged that shares held by their fathers have been transferred by AJL to Young Indian fraudulently without their consent in 2010. These shareholders include prominent individuals such as former law minister Shanti Bhushan and former chief justice of Allahabad and Madras High Courts Markandey Katju. Incidentally, Rahul Gandhi and Sonia Gandhi are Directors of the Company with a whopping 76 percent share and the remaining 24 percent are held by Congress leaders Motilal Vora and Oscar Fernandes as proxies. This is a perfect case of fraud and the case if conducted properly, will lead to the end of Gandhi dynasty in India. As such, this election is a second freedom struggle to Gandhi family. If they do not win this election, outcome of a slue of cases filed against them are looming before them. These are apart from a series of cases files against Robert Vadra. Priyanka Vadra realized this fact and decided to jump to campaign for Congress. Fate of Gandhi family is at crossroads and this is a do or die battle for them.

Current India is the classic case of a nation with simmering frustration and distress among the people as a result of false promises and true lies of the Fekus. People have been waiting for 'Ache Din' but what they are getting is more lies and false promises. This kind of frustration is going to only rise in the days to come in India if Fekus come to power again. But who can make the 'Bhakts' understand this. When reasoning fails, only God can come to the rescue of His people. So I am resorting to one and only most powerful weapon that is left in our hands, i. e. Prayer. And I am sure a miracle is on the way. God, the creator of everything will cause a mighty miracle and give the country leaders who are genuine, honest and people friendly. We need leaders with passion for the nation and passion for service to the people.
