Best of luck to you, dear Sr. Jeswina on your initiating a one full day Conference at St.Agnes College on the important theme of Sports and Empowerment of Women. This is an important topic to be part of the
    day long Conference.

The ladies of Mangalore are very entrepreneurial and forward looking in sports and many other social, educational and many other daily activities. Conferences such as these should be actively participated by government Executives as well as the leading Political groups so that they not only partake in the Conference but also carry forward the legislation to a higher pedestal of the Govt. hierarchy.

The Ladies of India are certainly receiving sufficient attention, but the
voice of women should be heard vividly by the higher circle in order to render greater attention on many other important issues that prevail in our country. With the combination of efforts of both men and women many beureaucracies can be eliminated, and a more neutral role can be encouraged.
