Trinamool's Arjun Singh joins BJP


New Delhi, Mar 14 (IANS): Trinamool Congress strongman and MLA Arjun Singh on Thursday joined the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) here in the presence of senior party leaders.

The legislator was miffed with the Trinamool leadership as he was denied Lok Sabha ticket from Barrackpore Lok Sabha constituency, presently represented by Dinesh Trivedi.

Singh reached here earlier in the day and met BJP leaders Kailash Vijayvargiya and Mukul Roy, in whose presence he later joined the saffron party at the BJP headquarters.

Singh is likely to be fielded from Barrackpore by the BJP.

    May be one day BJP party will not be under RSS as all bhagodas gathering under Amith Shah and becoming ministers, RSS caders only has to sweat to make these bhagoda's wind and who knows one day they see opportunity in some other party and jump in to that...
