Arms supplier held in Gurugram


Gurugram, Mar 18 (IANS): The crime branch of Gurugram police has arrested a person for allegedly supplying arms and ammunition to two criminals involved in loot of a sedan from Gurugram's upscale sector 92, a police official said on Sunday.

Anujveer and Hitesh were arrested on February 2 for looting a car on gun-point, said Shamsher Singh, ACP crime, Gurugram police.

During the interrogation, they revealed that they got the gun from Parveen alias Micchu of Gadoli Khurd village. On Saturday, Parveen was overpowered by the crime branch officials in Pataudi market, Singh said.
