Mangaluru: Gold medallist in Special Olympics Prajwal Lobo visits Vikas PU College

Mangaluru, Mar 26: Prajwal Lobo, winner of three gold medals and one silver medal in Special Olympics 2019 held at Abu Dhabi, between March 14 and 22 visited Vikas PU College on Tuesday, March 26.

Prajwal interacted with the students and shared his experiences at the Special Olympics, his food habits and exercise/practice schedule. He also advised the students to stay away from junk food and other addictions and to lead a disciplined life in order to be successful.

Responding to a query by a student on how much weight he lifts, Prajwal responded, “160 Kgs”. The students were thrilled and congratulated him and wished him the best for his future endeavours.



Prajwal was accompanied by his mother, Kavita Lobo. Advisor Dr. Ananth Prabhu G, principal Dr Sunil Malagi, academic director Prof Rajaram Rao T and other faculty members were present.
