TN declares April 18 as public holiday


Chennai, Mar 27 (IANS): The Tamil Nadu government has declared April 18 as a public holiday as polling for Lok Sabha and by-elections for 18 assembly seats is scheduled on that day.

The state government passed an order on Wednesday under the Neotiable Instruments Act.
